Watch: Super Junior’s Donghae And Song Ha Yoon Experience Big Changes In Their Relationship In “Oh! Youngsim” Teaser

Upcoming drama “Oh! Youngsim” shared a new teaser ahead of the drama’s premiere!

Based on the classic Korean cartoon “Youngsim,” “Oh! Youngsim” is a romantic comedy about the reunion between childhood friends Oh Young Sim (Song Ha Yoon) and Wang Kyung Tae (Super Junior’s Donghae), who unexpectedly run into each other again after 20 years.

The new teaser begins with a look at the opening animation for the classic cartoon “Youngsim” along with the question, “Oh Young Sim. Where was such a character born?” The teaser introduces 14-year-old Oh Young Sim who confidently asserted her opinions to Kyung Tae in the past. However, 20 years later, things have changed for the Young Sim, and she is currently a variety show producing director (PD) of eight years who has become notorious for all her programs getting cancelled early.

A look at Kyung Tae from the past shows him telling Young Sim, “I can do anything if it’s for you,” but in the following scene, he is sliding off a tree, desperately yelling for help. However, unlike the frightened boy of the past, Kyung Tae has become a famous start-up CEO who is receiving much spotlight from the public. Oh Young Sim wonders, “Is he the same Kyung Tae I used to know?”

Although Kyung Tae used to follow Young Sim around in the past, their positions are now reversed as Young Sim has to recruit Kyung Tae on to her new dating show in order for her show to succeed.

When the two finally reunite in front of Young Sim’s house, they once again show their bickering chemistry from when they were 14 years old. Kyung Tae reaches out his hand, saying, “Let’s get along well from now on,” but Young Sim responds by throwing him over her shoulder, telling him, “Don’t ever appear in front of me again!” Kyung Tae remarks, “Whether back then or now, you haven’t changed in the slightest!” raising anticipation for their romantic chemistry.
