Lee Ji Ah, Lee Sang Yoon, Park Ki Woong, and more have shown off their passion behind the scenes of tvN’s upcoming revenge drama!
“Pandora: Beneath the Paradise” follows the revenge story of a woman tracking down the truth behind her past after losing her memory and coming to realize that her perfect life was orchestrated as part of someone’s grand plan. The drama is created by Kim Soon Ok, the writer of the hit “The Penthouse” series, and helmed by director Choi Young Hoon, who recently worked with Lee Sang Yoon on the hit SBS drama “One the Woman.”
The newly released clip gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the cast’s first script reading as well as their first few shoots for the drama.
Lee Ji Ah stars as Hong Tae Ra, who loses her memory following an accident. She is someone who would do anything, including risk her own life, to protect her family. As time goes on, Hong Tae Ra begins to sense something suspicious that poses as a potential threat to her perfect life.
Lee Sang Yoon portrays Hong Tae Ra’s sweet husband Pyo Jae Hyun, the chairman of IT company Hatch who is a strong candidate for the next presidential election. Despite how successful he already is in all aspects of life, Pyo Jae Hyun surprises his acquaintances when he reveals that he will be running for president. With Pyo Jae Hyun striving for even more power and authority while his wife struggles to regain her past memories, anticipation is rising to see what’s in store for this couple!
Jang Hee Jin takes on the role of Hong Tae Ra’s best friend Go Hae Soo, a reporter-turned-anchor. She is married to Jang Do Jin, played by Park Ki Woong, who is the second son of Geumjo Group. Jang Do Jin works alongside Pyo Jae Hyun at Hatch as a management representative.
The three musketeers of Hatch include Pyo Jae Hyun, Jang Do Jin, and Goo Sung Chan, who is played by Bong Tae Gyu. Goo Sung Chan is Hatch’s research director known for being a bit of an oddball who is completely and solely dedicated to research.
