The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for advertisement models!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of consumer behavior, using big data collected from August 7 to September 7. The Korean Business Research Institute evaluated the participation, communication, media, and social values of popular advertisement models in order to calculate each star’s total brand reputation index for September.
NewJeans rose to the top of this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 2,297,350, marking a 27.23 percent increase in their score since August.
High-ranking phrases in NewJeans’ keyword analysis included “product placement,” “smartphone,” and “duty free shop,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “natural,” “various,” and “familiar.” NewJeans’ positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 80.29 percent positive reactions.
Soccer star Son Heung Min climbed to second place after enjoying a 61.35 percent rise in his brand reputation index since last month, bringing his total score to 1,613,545 for September.
Trot singer Lim Young Woong took third place on the list with a brand reputation index of 1,467,025 for the month.
Meanwhile, BTS came in a relatively close fourth with a brand reputation index of 1,358,224 for September.
Finally, BLACKPINK rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 1,259,612, marking an 82.31 percent increase in their score since August.
