Noh Jung Ui and Lee Chae Min may be starring in a new drama together!
On March 8, Sports Chosun reported that Noh Jung Ui and Lee Chae Min will be starring as the leads of Netflix’s new original series “Hierarchy” (literal title).
In response to the reports, a source from Noh Jung Ui’s agency Namoo Actors shared, “Actress Noh Jung Ui has received a casting offer from the officials of ‘Hierarchy.’ It is one of the projects she is reviewing.” A representative of Lee Chae Min’s agency GOLD MEDALIST similarly stated, “Lee Chae Min is positively reviewing the offer to star in the new drama ‘Hierarchy.'”
“Hierarchy” is a passionate high-teen drama full of love and jealousy and tells the stories that unfold at a high school where the top 0.01 percent of students have gathered.
Noh Jung Ui, who impressed with “Our Beloved Summer” and is currently hosting “Inkigayo,” is in talks to play J Group’s oldest daughter Jung Jae Yi who is the queen of Jooshin High School. Unlike her soft appearance, Jung Jae Yi exudes great charisma.
Lee Chae Min, who recently captivated viewers with “Crash Course in Romance,” is in talks to play Jooshin High School’s scholarship student Kang Ha. With a naive puppy-like personality, he is a flexible yet resolute character. Although he appears bright, he is a strong figure, making viewers wonder why he entered Jooshin High School.
Production company Studio Dragon commented that nothing has been decided yet regarding the broadcast schedule. Stay tuned for more updates!
