Upcoming drama “Lies Hidden in My Garden” has unveiled new stiils of Kim Sung Oh and Kim Tae Hee!

Based on the best-selling novel of the same name, “Lies Hidden in My Garden” is a suspenseful new thriller about two women who lead entirely different lives. However, a suspicious smell in one of their backyards winds up bringing the two together in ways that they could never have expected.

The drama, which has been garnering a lot of attention for being the latest work of director Jung Ji Hyun (of the hit dramas “Twenty Five, Twenty One” and “Search: WWW“), has a solid cast lineup that includes Kim Tae Hee, Lim Ji Yeon, Kim Sung Oh, and Choi Jae Rim.

Kim Tae Hee will star as Joo Ran, a housewife who seems to have the perfect life, with a husband and son that anyone would envy. Kim Sung Oh plays Joo Ran’s husband Jae Ho, a perfectionist doctor who runs a pediatric hospital. Although they seem to be living a picture-perfect life, cracks begin to form in their happy home when Joo Ran notices the stench of a dead body emanating from their backyard.

The first still depicts the couple in a state of anxiety, with Joo Ran extremely frightened due to the unexplained odor coming from their backyard. Jae Ho hugs Joo Ran from behind as if to calm her down, but even in Jae Ho’s loving embrace, Joo Ran’s eyes are still shaking.

The production team of “Lies Hidden in My Garden” shared, “In the drama, Joo Ran falls into extreme confusion due to Jae Ho’s claims that he can’t smell the ‘dead body odor’ that she’s smelling.”

They continued, “The chaos that will ensue due to her inability to trust anyone, including her husband and even herself, will give viewers a sense of terror and the ultimate suspense.”

“Lies Hidden in My Garden” will premiere on June 19 at 10 p.m. KST.
