Cha Eun Woo will be promoting Korean tourism to the world!
On May 24, ASTRO’s agency Fantagio shared, “Cha Eun Woo has been appointed as an ambassador for the ‘2023-2024 Visit Korea Year.’”
The “2023-2024 Visit Korea Year” project is being promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Visit Korea Committee, Korea Tourism Organization to take the lead in international tourism at a time when the tourism industry is recovering and becoming competitive at the same time.
As the project ambassador, Cha Eun Woo plans to take the lead in improving global awareness and likeability of Korean culture, starting with promotional activities to publicize Korean tourism to the world. In particular, Cha Eun Woo is expected to exert his global influence through various activities including acting as various contents that combine tourism and Korean culture such as art, K-pop, and sports, are being developed.
Cha Eun Woo recently impressed through his role John in TVING’s “Island,” and he is currently filming his upcoming project “A Good Day to Be a Dog” (working title) in which he stars as the male lead Jin Seo Won.
