A Breeze of Love episode 3 starts with the game day soon arriving. Dong-wook asks Do-hyun to notice him and pass the ball. The team is already four points behind and needs to get it together. Ultimately, Dong-wook saves the day, and the team wins. Unfortunately, Dong-wook is injured during the game.

Afterwards, Do-hyun thanks Dong-wook and the team join them to celebrate their win. Hye-in invites everyone to drinks later to celebrate. Everyone walks away to get ready but they all meet later for drinks, and Seung-joo notices that Do-hyun is taking care of Dong-woook. Since the man of the hour is already hurt, Do-hyun doesn’t want him to get hurt. Hye-in asks Do-hyun to officially welcome Dong-wook to the team, and he gladly agrees.

Later, Dong-wook walks out to get some fresh air, and Do-hyun follows him. Dong-wook reminds him of their deal and states his wish. He wants them to move in together. Obviously, Do-hyun is taken aback by his request.

Dong-wook says he is not interested in basketball or sports since they make it harder for him to fall asleep. Nonetheless, he did it to win the bet and get his wish.

In a flashback to 2018, we see them back in high school. Do-hyun was at the infirmary after getting hurt, and Dong-wook came to help him. The tension between them as Dong-wook treated Doh-hun’s wound was palpable. Dong-wook admitted he is only nice to Do-hyun, flustering him. They suddenly both stand up and nearly kiss. Do-hyun says he has a question he has to ask, but Dong-wook asks him not to talk.

The Episode Review

Dong-wok is one smooth man, so this was his end goal. He wants Do-hyun close to him and plans to move together. I thought he would apologise and ask for another chance, but our man has a whole different game plan. I hope it works, but since he seems to have wronged Do-hyun, shouldn’t he start with an apology?

The flashbacks to 2018 are enjoyable. The chemistry between the two leads comes across as sweet, innocent and heart-warming. It gives off nostalgia and gives viewers a taste of what happened without revealing too much. It is the classic carrot on a stick, but for this show, it works.

Let us see if Do-hyun will agree to honour part of his deal and how life will be after they move in together. I am so excited for the next chapter, so let’s dive in. Shall we?
