Yeon Jung Hoon Confirmed To Leave

Yeon Jung Hoon will also be stepping down from “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4.”

On June 13, KBS2’s entertainment program “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” announced that members Yeon Jung Hoon, Na In Woo, and producing director (PD) Lee Jung Kyu will be departing the program.

Previously, Na In Woo and PD Lee Jung Kyu were confirmed to leave the show. Regarding Yeon Jung Hoon, a spokesperson from his agency confirmed, “Yeon Jung Hoon is indeed stepping down. He ultimately decided to depart to concentrate on his acting career after discussions with the production team.”

Yeon Jung Hoon joined “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” in 2019. He has served as the eldest member of the fourth season but will depart from the show after approximately four years.

Meanwhile, Yeon Jung Hoon, Na In Woo and PD Lee Jung Kyu’s final filming is scheduled for this month, and they intend to say their farewells directly to viewers during the broadcast.

The production team expressed gratitude to Yeon Jung Hoon, Na In Woo, and PD Lee Jung Kyu for their passionate contributions to “2 Days & 1 Night.” They stated, “We thank them for their dedication and will continue to support them as they take time to recharge and prepare for new projects.”
