Woo Do Hwan and Yang Se Jong filming new dynasties

On December 13th, industry sources announced that Woo Do Hwan was cast in the upcoming drama.

Later that day, his agency, KeyEast, clarified to Newsen that the actor was still negotiating, stating that he was actively considering the offer from My Country.

If Woo Do Hwan takes on the role, he will play a character named Nam Sun Ho. This character is handsome and skilled in literature and martial arts, but his mother's maid position prevents him from reaching higher in society. He is a friend of a character named Seo Hwi (possibly played by Yang Se Jong) and has a dream of passing military examinations, but his father's corruption has paid for his dream as well as friendship.

My Country tells the story of three people trying to protect their love from the whirlwind of history. The movie is scheduled to air in the summer of 2019
