Watch: YoonA And Lee Junho Are Attracted To Each Other Despite Getting Off On The Wrong Foot In “King The Land” Teaser

JTBC’s “King the Land” dropped a new highlight teaser ahead of the drama’s upcoming premiere!

“King the Land” will tell the story of the unlikely romance between Gu Won (2PM’s Lee Junho), a chaebol heir who can’t stand fake smiles, and the constantly smiling Cheon Sa Rang (Girls’ Generation’s YoonA), who becomes known as the “queen of smiles” while working her way up at the King Hotel.

The newly released teaser depicts Gu Won and Cheon Sa Rang eventually developing from enemies into lovers. Gu Won starts by making a spectacular entrance with a parachute, taking on the role of a suspicious intern who appears to be extraordinarily rich. Unlike Gu Won, who makes his peer Noh Sang Sik (Ahn Se Ha) concerned with his behavior, Cheon Sa Rang is an exemplary staff, even being fluent in both Chinese and Japanese. Viewers are already anticipating how these two from vastly different backgrounds will come to meet.

The teaser continues to show the fierce confrontations between Gu Won and Cheon Sa Rang, also hinting at a huge misunderstanding between the two that causes tensions to escalate. However, their coincidental encounters continue, and when Gu Won sees Cheon Sa Rang being embraced by another man, Gu Won finds himself wondering, “Am I feeling jealous?”

Slowly, Gu Won begins to change in order to win over Cheon Sa Rang’s heart, while Cheon Sa Rang also starts to feel her heart beating fast as she notices Gu Won’s charms, raising anticipation for their romance.
