A new trailer for Krystal and Kim Jae Wook’s upcoming drama has been released!
KBS2’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Crazy Love” (literal title) is a sweet yet savage and chaotic romance story about a rude but skilled instructor who receives a death threat and his terminally ill secretary.
Kim Jae Wook stars as Noh Go Jin, the narcissistic CEO of the education company GOTOP and the top math instructor in the country with an IQ of 190. f(x)’s Krystal plays Lee Shin Ah, Noh Go Jin’s secretary who does not have much of a presence.
The new trailer creates a romantic yet creepy vibe at the scene of a wedding. Two candles shaped like a bride and groom on top of a wedding cake are quickly lit. Noh Go Jin and Lee Shin Ah walk up to each other wearing a suit and wedding dress. They quickly turn and face the cake before looking back at one another. Noh Go Jin closes his eyes and leans in for a kiss as Lee Shin Ah follows his lead.
Suddenly, the candles are blown out, and smoke flurries up from the wicks. The classical music shuts off while eerie music fills the background. The lights start flickering, and Noh Go Jin opens his eyes to see Lee Shin Ah staring at him and holding an axe. He backs away in fear before the candles are relit. Lee Shin Ah maintains eye contact with him while breathing heavily. Noh Go Jin looks down at his hand, which has been replaced with a fake doll hand, before it falls from the sleeve of his suit jacket with confetti. Noh Go Jin looks horrified as his voiceover in the background says, “A sweet, savage, and crazy romance.”
