TNX member Jun Hyeok will not be participating in TNX’s upcoming comeback promotions due to health concerns.
On June 5, TNX’s agency P NATION released the following statement explaining Jun Hyeok’s current health status and the subsequent decisions that were made:
"Hello. This is P NATION.
First of all, we would like to express our deep gratitude to fans who have given TNX lots of love and interest.
We would like to inform you about the future activities of TNX member Cheon Jun Hyeok.
Cheon Jun Hyeok, who temporarily halt his scheduled activities for health reasons earlier this year, has been recovering after being treated at a specialized medical institution. Since then, based on his strong will, he has gradually resumed his activities step by step, including participating in the entire production process of TNX’s third mini album, which will be released on June 7.
However, the company eventually determined that it will still be too straining for Cheon Jun Hyeok to carry out all the comeback promotions. Therefore, after sufficient discussion with Cheon Jun Hyeok himself and the members of TNX, we would like to inform you that Cheon Jun Hyeok will not participate in all official activities for the time being to focus more on getting rest and treatment.
We will do our best to let Cheon Jun Hyeok recover with enough time so that he can return in good health. As the artist’s health is our first priority, we’d like to ask for the generous understanding of fans.
We ask for your encouragement and support for Cheon Jun Hyeok and the TNX members.
Thank you."
TNX is currently gearing up to return with their third mini album “BOYHOOD” on June 7 at 6 p.m. KST. Although P NATION had initially announced that Jun Hyeok would suspend all his activities to focus on his health back in January, fans were expecting his return on TNX’s upcoming comeback as Jun Hyeok can be seen participating in teasers for the album and its title track “Kick It 4 Now.”
Wishing Jun Hyeok the speediest of recoveries!
