“The Manager” Cancels Tonight’s Episode At Last Minute

 

MBC’s “The Manager” has decided not to air this week’s episode.

On July 21, MBC officially announced that it would not be airing “The Manager” the following day, as was originally scheduled. The network explained that they had chosen to postpone the July 22 episode of the reality show because it featured people playing in water.

The decision appears to be related to the severe monsoon rains that have recently swept South Korea, leading to over 40 deaths due to deadly floods and landslides.

MBC’s full statement is as follows:

"We are announcing that “The Manager,” which was scheduled to air this Saturday (7/22), will not be airing this week.

We made the decision to postpone the broadcast because the episode in question featured water play, and we ask for our viewers’ generous understanding.

We ask that you please continue to give ‘The Manager’ lots of love and interest in the future as well.

Thank you."
