Super Junior to return in October
K-pop boy band Super Junior will release the album on Oct. 14

Towering K-pop boy group Super Junior is gearing up to release its ninth studio album on October 14, reports said Tuesday.

Nine members ― Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryewook and Kyuhyun ― reportedly have been working on the album.

On Tuesday, dreamy and retro photos teasing the release were disclosed on the group's website. They feature each member with different props such as a roller coaster, camera and TV.

It took 10 years for the band to return in full ― not as units ― because the members had to serve obligatory military service or alternatively, "social service" duty.

Super Junior will appear on reality show "SJ returns 3" on Sept. 9 to discuss their album-making process.

The group will also play a "SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR ― SUPER SHOW 8" gig at the KSPO Dome in Seoul on October 12-13.

Super Junior debuted in 2005 and rose to stardom with hits including "Sorry, Sorry" (2009). Kangin left in July following a series of scandals.
