Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on July 22!
A month and a half after its initial release, Stray Kids’ latest album “★★★★★ (5-STAR)” returned to the top of the chart this week, marking its third non-consecutive week at No. 1. “★★★★★ (5-STAR)” also climbed back up into the top 15 of the Billboard 200, where it became Stray Kids’ first album ever to spend six weeks in the top 40.
aespa’s latest mini album “MY WORLD” stayed strong at No. 2 in its second consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to holding steady on the Billboard 200 this week. (Although “MY WORLD” was originally released in Korea and on digital platforms on May 8, the album was only physically released in the United States on June 30, pushing back its debut on the U.S. charts.)
ATEEZ’s “THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW” held onto its spot at No. 3 in its fourth consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to becoming their first album ever to spend four weeks on the Billboard 200.
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN’s “DARK BLOOD” remained stable at No. 5 in its seventh consecutive week on the World Albums chart.
TWICE’s “READY TO BE” rose to No. 6 in its 18th week on the chart, followed by LE SSERAFIM’s “UNFORGIVEN” at No. 7 in its 11th week.
TXT’s “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” climbed back up to No. 8 in its 24th consecutive week on the chart, extending its own record as the longest-charting album of 2023.
BTS’s Jimin’s solo debut album “FACE” also climbed back up to No. 10 in its 16th consecutive week on the chart, while BTS’s anthology album “Proof” rose to No. 11 in its 57th week and Suga’s solo album “D-DAY” held steady at No. 14 in its 12th week.
Finally, SEVENTEEN’s “FML” ranked No. 12 in its 12th consecutive week on the chart, and NewJeans’ debut EP “New Jeans” followed at No. 13 in its 29th non-consecutive week.
