Suda Masaki, born Sugo Taisho, is a Japanese actor and singer from Osaka Prefecture. Before being signed onto the Top Coat talent agency, Suda tried out for both Amuse, Inc.'s 30th-anniversary contest and the Junon Superboy Contest. His debut role is as Philip, the male lead and half of the eponymous hero of the 2009/2010 television series Kamen Rider W.
He received the 37th Japan Academy Award for New Actor for "Kyokui" and the 41st Japan Academy Award for Best Actor for "Ah, Wilderness". In addition, he received the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Newcomer Award in the 68th Art Award Film Division in recognition of his success in the same year.
After starting music activities in 2017 and debuting with the single "Never Seen Scenery", "Sayonara Elegy" won the 1st place in the 2018 annual ranking on LINE MUSIC. His debut album "PLAY" was released in March 2018 and ranked second in Oricon's first appearance.
On March 20, 2020, it was revealed that Suda Masaki and Nana Komatsu are dating since fall 2019. On November 15, 2021, they announced their marriage.
