Bae Cheol Soo is a former South Korean singer and former member and guitarist of Peregrine Falcon. He is also a radio host specializing in foreign pop music.

After being discharged as a sergeant in the Army in 1977, he participated as a member of the group RUNWAY at the 1st Beach Song Festival on Dongyang Broadcasting TBC in 1978, and received the Popularity Award for "I Lived Without Knowing the World", and also participated in the 2nd MBC University Song Festival in the same year.
