tvN’s “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers” has shared stills from its upcoming episode!

The sequel to OCN’s hit 2018 series “The Player,” “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers” is a heist drama about a squad of talented swindlers who target the wealthy and corrupt by stealing dirty money that has been obtained through illegal means.

Song Seung Heon reprises his role as the slick con artist Kang Ha Ri, the mastermind behind the squad’s elaborate schemes. Lee Si Eon returns as the skilled hacker Lim Byung Min, and Tae Won Suk is back as the fighter Do Jin Woong. Joining the cast are Oh Yeon Seo as Jung Soo Min, a mysterious figure who lures Kang Ha Ri back into the game, and Jang Gyuri as the squad’s new driver Cha Je Yi.

Previously in “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers,” Jung Soo Min teamed up with Kang Ha Ri’s group to take revenge on Jeffrey Jung (Boo Bae), the mastermind behind the murder of her lover Shin Hyung Min (Hong Jong Hyun). The players also had the same goal, having lost their comrade Cha Ah Ryeong (Krystal) to Jeffrey.

However, everyone was shocked when it was revealed that President Choi Sang Ho (Jo Sung Ha), Jung Soo Min’s supporter and the mastermind behind their operations, was in league with Jeffrey Jung. Choi Sang Ho intended to use the power he gained through Jeffrey to support Jung Soo Min’s long fight and ultimately eliminate Jeffrey Jung, who was trying to manipulate South Korea to his advantage.

As the unpredictable twists of fate heighten the tension, Kang Ha Ri and Choi Sang Ho confront each other head-on. Since Kang Ha Ri had sensed the relationship between Jeffrey Jung and Choi Sang Ho even before Jung Soo Min did, viewers’ curiosity is heightened about what he will say to Choi Sang Ho when he confronts him.
