Sol Kyung Gu, Park Eun Bin, Park Byung Eun, and Yoon Chan Young will be starring in a new drama!

On April 3, upcoming drama “Hyper Knife” (literal title) confirmed its star-studded cast consisting of Sol Kyung Gu, Park Eun Bin, Park Byung Eun, and Yoon Chan Young.

“Hyper Knife” is a medical crime thriller drama that depicts the fierce battle and growth of two crazy geniuses as Doctor Se Ok (Park Eun Bin), who once had a promising past, and her mentor Deok Hee (Sol Kyung Gu), who caused her to hit rock bottom, reunite.

Writer Kim Seon Hee of the webtoon “Bangjungsa” (romanized title) and the OCN original series “God’s Quiz: Reboot” and director Kim Jung Hyun who helmed “Awaken” and “Crazy Love” will be working together on the drama.

Sol Kyung Gu will play the world’s greatest neurosurgeon and mentor Deok Hee who kicked out his student Se Ok from the operating room for good. Park Eun Bin will transform into the remarkable genius Se Ok who was once called a genius doctor but now lives as a shadow doctor of illegal operation rooms.

Furthermore, Park Byung Eun plays anesthesiologist Han Hyun Ho who thinks it’s a great shame that the world cannot witness Se Ok’s skills, while Yoon Chan Young will transform into Seo Young Joo who always protects Se Ok by her side like a shadow.
