BLACKPINK’s Rosé recently posed for Elle Korea!
In an interview that followed the photo shoot, Rosé expressed her feelings about BLACKPINK being one of the headliners at this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. She shared, “When I first heard the news, I was so happy that I couldn’t speak. It was very meaningful for us and for the fans.” She added, “There were some nervous moments as we were preparing for the show, but the more we prepared, the more we were motivated to do better.”
Regarding her stage presence, she revealed, “I feel more bold than usual [when I am on stage]. I feel like I have become a strong and cool hero in a movie. Sometimes it’s fun to become a new character that’s not me.”
On the secret to a solid voice, the idol explained, “Practice is important, but I think I sing better when I believe in myself and feel confident.”
As for her plans for the rest of the year, Rosé shared, “We will be wrapping up our second world tour this year, and I want to do it while having fun so that I can remember these moments better in the future.”
Rosé’s pictorial, interview, and YouTube film can be found in the June issue of Elle Korea as well as the magazine’s website and on Elle Korea’s YouTube channel.
