Insider is a 2022 Korean Action Thriller which revolves around a Judicial apprentice, Kim Yo-han who goes undercover to work on a mission. The drama is written by Moon Man-se and directed by Min Yeon-hong. It stars Kang Ha-neul, Lee Yoo-young, Ho Sung-tae, Kang Young-seok and Kim Sang-ho in leading roles. The series will have 16 episodes in total. Insider Episode 10 has a runtime of 61 minutes.

In Insider Episode 10, Woo Sang-ki tells Yo-han about how he was kidnapped and how they escaped. A policeman had come to their rescue for the first time and he had left a contact to get in touch with him. Sang-ki and Min-ho were moved to another location and Min-ho could escape thanks to his father. Sang-ki escaped as well but couldn’t meet his son and they communicated with their secret account. Min-ho had contacted the police officer, Kwon Da-il, who died of suicide. His case looks more complicated than they had thought of.

Chairman Do has ordered Yo-han to play with the gambling addicts who own stocks related to the Goldman Casino. Yo-han plays under the name, Mr. Koo and defeats all the players and makes them sign the stock transfer agreements under the name, Kim Yo-han but no one knows who he is. Yo-han has been winning games left and right and no one had seen him coming. Yoon Byung-wook has ordered Prosecutor Mok to get rid of Yo-han but no one knows where he is after his release. Yang wonders why Byung-wook is after Yo-han and wants to catch him first.
Chairman Yang has picked Yo-han’s worst enemy, Kim Woo-sang, from jail to do the work for him. Woo-sang finds Nam Dae-mun after he gets out of jail to ask him the whereabouts of Yo-han. Dae-mun tells him everything he knows for a lump sum of money. However, it is all planned by Yo-han. Woo-sang finds Yo-han gambling at a small den and tells him that he has heard that Yo-han has been playing a lot these days to make money. Woo-sang invites Yo-han to a VIP gambling game which can only be played upon the invitation and many bigshot gamblers participate in the game.

Chairman Do had been waiting for this moment but Yo-han had no idea about it. Sun-oh had told him a plan to steal the slush funds from the VIP game and turns out that it was Chairman Do’s plan. Sun-oh has also received the invitation and before going to play the game, Yo-han and Sun-oh for the first time after getting out of jail. Yo-han doesn’t mention anything about his grandmother’s murder because that is a matter for another time. They share a small conversation but it sure was uncomfortable for them.
Yo-han arrives at the VIP game and Yang Hwa gets annoyed at his younger brother. The real reason why Yang Joon invited him is to kill him. He knows Soo-yeon has been meeting Yo-han and he doesn’t like that. Yo-han has been winning the games one after the other and no one seems to care. Yang Joon has already told them to co-operate with him in killing Yo-han and hence they know that their money is not lost. Yang Joon strikes a conversation with Yo-han before he kills him but Yo-han provokes him by flirting with Soo-yeon which makes Yang Joon play with him.
Yang Joon notices that Yo-han cannot just win this much alone and that he has formed an alliance with someone. He suspects Chairman Suh and Chairman Cha but is not sure. Yo-han has already taken the chairman on his side by promising them that he will take Goldman back from Yang Joon. The game has become intense and Yang Joon has better his VIP room along with Billions of money, putting a lot on stake.
Insider Episode 10 is impressive in how it executes the rise of Yo-han in the world of gambling. The series is about to get serious now that all the pieces of the plan are coming together.
