Mnet’s new idol survival show “Queendom Puzzle” has defended its title as the most buzzworthy TV show of the week!
For the second week in a row, “Queendom Puzzle” remained No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the non-drama TV shows that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by analyzing data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media posts about non-drama TV shows that are currently airing or set to air soon.
A spin-off of the hit survival show “Queendom,” “Queendom Puzzle” features idols—including members of currently active girl groups—battling for spots in a new seven-member project girl group. Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon, who previously hosted the second season of “Queendom,” serves as the show’s MC.
Meanwhile, Channel A’s popular dating show “Heart Signal 4” held onto its spot at No. 2 on the list of most buzzworthy non-drama TV shows. Its contestants also claimed two of the top four spots on this week’s list of buzzworthy TV appearances, with Kim Ji Young rising to No. 2 and Shin Min Gyu ranking No. 4.
JTBC’s new idol survival show “R U Next?”, which premiered last week, debuted at No. 3 on the list of TV shows in its first week on air.
“Running Man” star Song Ji Hyo came in at No. 6 on the list of buzzworthy appearances, while Lee Hyori took No. 8 for “Dancing Queens on the Road.”
Finally, IVE’s An Yu Jin rose to No. 9 for her hit variety show “Earth Arcade 2.”
