The cast of ENA’s “Lies Hidden in My Garden” has bid farewell to the drama!

Based on the best-selling novel of the same name, “Lies Hidden in My Garden” is a suspenseful thriller about two women who lead entirely different lives—before a suspicious smell in one of their backyards brings them together in ways that they could never have expected.

Ahead of the drama’s final two episodes, main cast members Kim Tae Hee, Lim Ji Yeon, Kim Sung Oh, and Choi Jae Rim have shared their gratitude to viewers and shared their closing remarks.

Kim Tae Hee, who challenged herself in the thriller genre for the first time since her debut through “Lies Hidden in My Garden,” commented, “The time that I was able to act as Joo Ran along with ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden’ actors and staff was such a fun time that I’m very grateful about. After the filming ended, I was feeling blue for quite a long time because I missed Joo Ran so much. However, through the broadcast, I was able to reminisce about the filming set that I’d missed dearly so I was truly happy.” Kim Tae Hee added, “I really appreciate the love and support the viewers have shown to ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden’ and I sincerely thank all the fans who have sympathized with and supported Joo Ran.”

Stepping into a new role that was very different from her character in her last drama, “The Glory,” Lim Ji Yeon remarked about her character Sang Eun, “I fell in love with the character Sang Eun after reading the original novel and the script. Throughout the time I lived as Sang Eun, I loved her dearly, loved this drama, and I was happy. I would also like to thank everyone who worked with me in ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden’ and allowed me to learn and grow. Thank you [to viewers] for loving ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden.’ I will become a better actor in the future.”

Kim Sung Oh, who starred as Jae Ho, the main culprit behind all the secrets and mysteries in the drama, shared his gratitude to viewers by saying, “First of all, I am grateful that viewers think the drama’s entertaining even though the genre is a dark one. I too, watched every episode along with the viewers. As a viewer, I think it was an entertaining drama and as one of the cast, I think it’s a delightful project. Thank you for watching ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden’ until the end and regarding it favorably.”

Finally, Choi Jae Rim, Korea’s top musical actor who successfully expanded his acting spectrum through his role as Sang Eun’s abusive husband Yoon Beom, shared, “I don’t think I’ll ever forget ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden’, the drama that allowed me to experience my first villain role in the media.” Choi Jae Rim added, “Unlike the story of the drama, I only remember non-stop laughing throughout the filming. I want to express my great appreciation to all the staff and actors who have worked together [with me] in this drama. I also want to say thank you to the viewers who enjoyed watching and supported the drama a lot, I love you.”
