The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for advertisement models!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of consumer behavior, using big data collected from September 2 to October 2. The Korean Business Research Institute evaluated the participation, communication, media, and social values of popular advertisement models in order to calculate each star’s total brand reputation index for October.
NewJeans held onto their spot at the top of the list this month, earning a brand reputation index of 1,984,428 for October. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “music video,” “chicken dance,” and “duty free shop,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “hip,” “familiar,” and “new.” NewJeans’ positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 82.50 percent positive reactions.
Trot singer Lim Young Woong rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 1,933,066, marking a 31.77 percent increase in his score since September.
Soccer star Son Heung Min took third place with a brand reputation index of 1,853,205, marking a 14.85 percent rise in his score since last month.
Son Suk Ku shot to fourth place after seeing an impressive 86.08 percent increase in his brand reputation index, bringing his total score to 1,700,767 for October.
Finally, IU rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 1,483,484, marking a 7790 percent rise in her score since September.
