The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual idols!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 1,720 idols, using big data collected from August 26 to September 26.
BTS’s Jungkook topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 5,939,979, marking a 34.54 percent rise in his score since August. High-ranking phrases in Jungkook’s keyword analysis included “Billboard,” “Seven,” and “ARMY,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “outstanding,” “cool,” and “contract.” His positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 90.57 percent positive reactions.
BTS’s V rose to second place for September with a brand reputation index of 4,247,056, marking a 24.24 percent increase in his score since last month.
Meanwhile, NewJeans’ Minji took third place with a brand reputation index of 2,840,943 for the month.
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 2,692,073 for September, and BTS’s Jimin held onto his spot at fifth place with a brand reputation index of 2,676,644.
