Netflix’s new drama “Hierarchy” shared its casting lineup!
“Hierarchy” is a passionate high-teen drama full of love and jealousy and tells the stories that unfold at Jooshin High School where the top 0.01 percent of students have gathered. Founded by Korea’s top conglomerate Jooshin Group, Jooshin High School is a prestigious institution attended only by children who were “selected” from birth.
Noh Jung Ui, who impressed with “Our Beloved Summer,” “18 Again,” and “I Want to Know Your Parents,” will be playing Jung Jae Yi who is the eldest daughter of Jaeyul Group, which has a rival relationship with Jooshin Group, as well as the indisputable queen of Jooshin High.
Lee Chae Min of “Crash Course in Romance” and “Love All Play” will be playing Jooshin High School’s transfer student Kang Ha who hides a secret behind a bright smile.
Kim Jae Won of “Stealer: The Treasure Keeper” and “Our Blues” will be playing Kim Ri Ahn, the heir of Jooshin Group and the top ranking student of Jooshin High School. Furthermore, Ji Hye Won of “The Sound of Music” and “My Perfect Stranger” will be taking on the role of Yoon Hye Ra, the youngest daughter of Korea’s leading trading company International Yoon who is also the incarnation of jealousy. Last but not least, Lee Won Jung, who is also currently starring in “My Perfect Stranger,” will be taking on the role of Lee Woo Jin, the second son of a family that has produced many politicians over several generations and is both good-looking and kindhearted.
“Hierarchy” will be helmed by director Bae Hyun Jin, who previously worked on “Alchemy of Souls,” “Big Mouth,” and “Start-Up,” and penned by scriptwriter Chu Hye Mi of “About Time.”
