The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from April 12 to May 12.
IVE topped this month’s list after seeing a staggering 214.87 percent increase in their brand reputation index since April, bringing their total score for May to 8,326,214.
High-ranking phrases in IVE’s keyword analysis included “HEYA,” “festival,” and “elementary school president,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “Wonyoung-esque,” “positive,” and “powerful.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 91.05 percent positive reactions.
ILLIT took second place for the month with a brand reputation index of 5,877,206, marking a 75.55 percent rise in their score since April.
(G)I-DLE ranked third with a brand reputation index of 4,869,835, marking a 58.50 percent increase in their score since last month.
LE SSERAFIM rose to fourth place after seeing a whopping 233.99 percent increase in their brand reputation index, bringing their score to 4,244,658 for May.
Finally, BABYMONSTER held onto their spot at fifth place with a brand reputation index of 4,085,140, marking a 58.67 percent rise in their score since April.
