The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for drama actors!
The rankings were determined through a data analysis of the media coverage, participation, interaction, and community indexes of 50 actors who appeared in dramas that aired between April 6 and May 6.
The stars of the hit drama “Queen of Tears” dominated this month’s rankings, sweeping four of the top five spots for May. Kim Soo Hyun held onto his spot at the top of the list with a brand reputation index of 9,600,291. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Queen of Tears,” “Park Sung Hoon,” and “OST,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “handsome,” “take another leap,” and “tear up.” Kim Soo Hyun’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 93.82 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, “Lovely Runner” star Byeon Woo Seok shot to second place with a brand reputation index of 8,080,819 for May.
The next three spots all went to the cast of “Queen of Tears”: Park Sung Hoon rose to third place with a brand reputation index of 5,052,904, followed by Kim Ji Won in fourth place (4,840,840), and Lee Joo Bin (4,621,856).
