Kim Min Kyu will be greeting fans through the small screen soon!
On November 10, it was announced that Kim Min Kyu will be starring in tvN’s upcoming weekend drama “Maestra: Strings of Truth.”
“Maestra: Strings of Truth” is based off a French work of the same name that depicts the hardships and growth journey of a female orchestra conductor who does her best to investigate the various mysteries that occur within the orchestra. While conductor Cha Se Eum (Lee Young Ae) is bold enough to live like there’s no tomorrow and in a position that many covet, a secret she hides from everyone causes her life to turn upside down.
Kim Min Kyu will take on the role of Cha Se Eum’s secretary Kim Tae Ho who is also a longtime fan of the conductor. Kim Tae Ho has somewhat a klutzy but pure charm, and he does his best to do his work with attention to detail while assisting Cha Se Eum.
After starring on “Produce X 101,” Kim Min Kyu impressed viewers through various dramas including “IDOL : The Coup,” “Seasons of Blossom,” and “The Fabulous.” He is reportedly in talks to star in the new MBN drama “The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” (literal title).
“Maestra: Strings of Truth” is set to premiere on December 9 at 9:20 p.m. KST.
