Kang Hoon Confirmed To Join "Running Man" As First Interim Member

Actor Kang Hoon has joined SBS’s “Running Man” as the first interim member!

On May 14, the production team of “Running Man” released a group photo of Kang Hoon and the Running Man members. It was reported that Kang Hoon participated in the recent filming for “Running Man” as an interim member.

With Jun So Min‘s departure from the program, “Running Man” became a six-member cast including Yoo Jae Suk, Song Ji Hyo, Kim Jong Kook, HaHa, Ji Suk Jin, and Yang Se Chan. They discussed adopting an interim member system, saying, “Let’s try to lease [Jun So Min’s] position to an interim member so that neither of the sides will feel pressured.”

With that, Kang Hoon stepped forward to be the first interim member. Kang Hoon has already appeared on “Running Man” six times and impressed the members and the production team with his unique charm. In particular, he drew laughter from viewers with his rivalry chemistry with Kim Jong Kook.
