The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for film actors!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular movie stars, using big data collected from June 13 to July 13.
Once again, the stars of the wildly popular “The Outlaws” film series swept the top three spots on the list.
Ma Dong Seok remained first place with a brand reputation index of 13,006,579 for July. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “The Roundup: No Way Out” (“The Outlaws 3”), “10 million [moviegoer] actor,” and “Ma Seok Do” (the name of his “The Outlaws” character), while his highest-ranking related terms included “thank,” “surpass,” and “refreshing.” Ma Dong Seok’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.65 percent positive reactions.
“The Roundup: No Way Out” star Lee Joon Hyuk also held onto his spot at second place with a brand reputation index of 8,137,363, while “The Roundup” (“The Outlaws 2”) star Son Suk Ku maintained his position at third place with an index of 7,578,206.
Meanwhile, Lee Byung Hun rose to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 7,174,770, marking a 21.76 percent increase in his score since last month.
Finally, Park Sung Woong shot to fifth place after seeing a whopping 166.54 percent rise in his brand reputation index since June, bringing his total score for July to 5,979,335.
