The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual boy group members!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes of 730 boy group members, using big data collected from June 20 to July 20.
BTS’s Jin held onto his spot at the top of the list this month, scoring a brand reputation index of 3,291,366 for July. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “torch relay,” “Paris Olympics,” and “ARMY,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “participate,” “torchbearing,” and “cheer.” Jin’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 93.58 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo maintained his position at second place with a brand reputation index of 2,457,503 for July.
Super Junior’s Kyuhyun shot to third place after seeing a whopping 161.45 percent increase in his brand reputation index since June, bringing his total score for the month to 2,081,232.
RIIZE’s Wonbin came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 2,035,151, marking a 53.46 percent increase in his score since last month.
Finally, BTS’s Jimin rounded out the top five for July with a brand reputation index of 1,861,564.
