Jo Yoon Seo And Kwak Si Yang Confirmed To Star In New Occult Horror Film

 

Jo Yoon Seo And Kwak Si Yang will star in a new horror film together!

Film distributor The Content On announced on March 8 that Jo Yoon Seo and Kwak Si Yang are confirmed to star in the film “Three Evil Islands” (literal title) and that filming has kicked off.

“Three Evil Islands” is an occult horror genre film which tells the story of an investigative reporting team who uncovers the truth of a pseudoreligion believed to have disappeared during the Japanese colonial era and encounters the existence of absolute evil.

Jo Yoon Seo will take on the role of Chae So Yeon, a reporter specializing in pseudoreligion. Jo Yoon Seo, who impressed through the films “In Our Prime” and “The Night Owl,” raises viewers’ anticipation for what kind of acting transformation she will showcase through an occult horror genre production for the first time.

Kwak Si Yang will play Matsuta Ryuhei, a Japanese reporter who accompanies Chae So Yeon and her investigative reporting team by reporting on the pseudoreligion “Three Evil Islands.” Kwak Si Yang, who constantly undergoes acting transformations by taking on new challenges, will expand his acting spectrum once again by portraying a Japanese reporter in a film full of tension.

“Three Evil Islands” is currently being filmed with the goal of releasing in the second half of this year.
