KBS2’s “Love Song for Illusion” has teased viewers with intriguing new stills ahead of the upcoming episode!

Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, “Love Song for Illusion” is a historical fantasy romance that follows both the heart-fluttering love story and the fierce obsession of Crown Prince Sajo Hyun (Park Ji Hoon), who has an alter ego known as Ak Hee, and Yeon Wol (Hong Ye Ji), a fallen royal descendant who becomes an assassin to avenge her family but inadvertently ends up becoming the crown prince’s concubine.

Previously, before ascending to the throne, King Sajo Hyun requested Yeon Wol to stay by his side as a concubine. However, due to the order of now-Queen Geum Hwa (Ji Woo), Yeon Wol became a court lady, a position without an official rank.

In the newly released stills, the two, now forced to keep their distance, engage in a secret late-night meeting in an isolated room. Sitting side by side with fabrics between them, they share affectionate glances while sewing. Notably, King Sajo Hyun is dressed in bodyguard attire, hinting that the two are meeting in secret.
