The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety stars!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular entertainers, using big data collected from December 1 to January 1.
Yoo Jae Suk topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 3,305,504, marking a 20.03 percent rise in his score since December. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “congratulate,” “award,” and “take on a challenge,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “Running Man,” “You Quiz on the Block,” and “Just an Excuse.” The star’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 85.57 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, Jun Hyun Moo rose to second place after enjoying a 71.70 percent increase in his brand reputation index since last month. The star’s total score for January came out to 2,162,063.
Shin Dong Yup came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 2,032,058, marking an impressive 113.10 percent increase in his score since December.
Finally, Kim Jong Kook and Lee Sang Min rounded out the top five at fourth and fifth places respectively.
