The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from December 14, 2023 to January 14, 2024.
BLACKPINK held onto their spot at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 4,675,078. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “Jennie,” “Red Carpet,” and “Billboard,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “appear,” “record,” and “free.” BLACKPINK’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 93.54 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, NewJeans maintained their position at second place with a brand reputation index of 4,068,692.
IVE also held steady at third place with a brand reputation index of 3,345,078 for January.
TWICE rose to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,551,545, marking a modest 1.56 percent increase in their score since December.
Finally, LE SSERAFIM rounded out the top five for January with a brand reputation index of 2,410,596.
