tvN’s “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers” has shared new stills ahead of tonight’s episode!

The highly-anticipated sequel to OCN’s hit 2018 series “The Player, “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers” is a heist drama about a squad of talented swindlers who target the wealthy and corrupt by stealing dirty money that has been obtained through illegal means.

Song Seung Heon reprises his role as the slick con artist Kang Ha Ri, the mastermind behind the squad’s elaborate schemes. Lee Si Eon returns as the skilled hacker Lim Byung Min, and Tae Won Suk is back as the fighter Do Jin Woong. Joining the cast are Oh Yeon Seo as Jung Soo Min, a mysterious figure who lures Kang Ha Ri back into the game, and Jang Gyuri as the squad’s new driver Cha Je Yi.

Previously, the players successfully raided Club Libido, a hotspot for hallucinogens and drugs, and captured KU Entertainment director Lee Jin Soo (Choi Seung Yoon). Despite securing evidence and handing it over to the prosecution, CEO Kim Yoon Gi (Park Gun Hyung) tried to pin all the blame solely on Lee Jin Soo and use his wealth and connections to cover his tracks.

Now, the players need a more definitive move to ensure justice. They must find concrete proof linking CEO Kim Yoon Gi directly to the case, leading them to plan an infiltration of KU Entertainment.

For this undercover mission, Lim Byung Min and Cha Je Yi adopt a more subdued, nerdy, and casual look to blend in with the other office workers at KU Entertainment.

In other stills, Cha Jae Yi is seen in dynamic scenarios, such as knocking down or grabbing Lim Byung Min by his hair, simulating a dramatic arrest, further raising viewers’ anticipation about their latest strategy. Given their unique chemistry, often showcased through playful bickering, the synergy they bring to the field is highly anticipated.
