GreatGuys’ world tour has been cancelled at the last minute due to visa issues.
On November 11, Florida-based event planner ONK Entertainment announced that GreatGuys’ “Record of Youth” world tour—which was scheduled to kick off the following day—would not be taking place.
Alter GreatGuys flew to the United States, where they were originally scheduled to perform in Denver on November 12, they learned that ONK Entertainment “didn’t process and get the members and staff the right visas to perform,” and “for those reasons, they couldn’t enter the U.S. territory.”
In its official statement, ONK Entertainment fully accepted all blame for the situation, emphasizing that Great Guys and their agency DNA Entertainment were not responsible whatsoever for the error that led to the tour’s cancellation. They also promised that they were working on “full refunds for all the GRACE [GreatGuys’ fans] that bought tickets for this tour.”
ONK Entertainment’s full English statement is as follows:
"Hello,
Through this statement, we want to inform you that the GreatGuys “Record of Youth” World Tour that was scheduled to happen from November 12th to November 19th of this year will be cancelled. Unfortunately, ONK Entertainment didn’t process and get the members and staff the right visas to perform, and for those reasons, they couldn’t enter the U.S. territory.
We want to clarify that this is our full responsibility. Neither DNA Entertainment, Great Guys, or K-Pop Kastle has nothing [sic] to do with this, and we will work directly with U.S. Customs Borders [sic] to resolve this problem.
We regret to bring this news to GRACE since we know they were very excited to see GreatGuys in their country, but at the moment, the performances can’t be done.
On another note, the ONK staff is working right now on the full refunds for all the GRACE that bought tickets for this tour.
We’re really sorry about all this sudden news.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
ONK Staff"
