Gong Yoo Confirmed His Upcoming Film, to Play the Husband of Jung Yumi

Gong Yoo and Jung Yumi will reunite in a new film.

On November 24 th, the actor and the actress confirmed to be the main cast of upcoming film 'Kim Jiyoung, Born in '82' (literal title). The film is based on the popular novel. Jung Yumi will play as Kim Jiyoung, an ordinary woman in her 30s who one day suddenly turns into other people like her mother and sister. Meanwhile, Gong Yoo plays Jung Daehyun, Kim Jiyoung's husband.

This will be the third time for Gong Yoo and Jung Yumi to work together. The two previously work together in 'Silenced' and 'Train to Busan.' The movie, which is directed by PD Kim Doyoung is scheduled to begin filming in early 2019 and premiere later in the year.
