tvN’s new drama “Crash Course in Romance” dominated this week’s rankings of the most buzzworthy dramas and actors!
In its first week on air, the romantic comedy debuted at No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the dramas that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by collecting data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about dramas that are either currently airing or set to air soon.
Not only did “Crash Course in Romance” top this week’s list of most buzzworthy dramas, but its leads Jung Kyung Ho and Jeon Do Yeon also swept the top two spots on the list of most buzzworthy drama cast members, which they entered at No. 1 and No. 2 respectively.
JTBC’s “The Interest of Love” held onto its spot at No. 2 on the drama list, while stars Yoo Yeon Seok, Moon Ga Young, and Geum Sae Rok took No. 5, No. 6, and No. 7 respectively in the actor rankings.
SBS’s “Payback” also continued to sweep the No. 3 spot on both lists, with star Lee Sun Gyun holding steady at No. 3 in the actor rankings.
JTBC’s “Agency” rose to No. 4 on the drama list, and leading lady Lee Bo Young also claimed No. 4 on the list of cast members.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s “Three Bold Siblings” climbed to No. 5 on this week’s drama list.
TV Chosun’s “Red Balloon” came in at No. 6 on the drama list, with star Seo Ji Hye rising to No. 9 on the actor list.
Finally, tvN’s “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2” debuted at No. 7 on the drama list, while leads Kim Min Jae and Kim Hyang Gi entered the actor rankings at No. 8 and No. 10 respectively.
