KBS2’s upcoming drama “Brain Cooperation” (literal translation) has shared a glimpse of Cha Tae Hyun in an awkward situation!
“Brain Cooperation” is a new brain science-themed comedy-mystery drama about two men who can’t stand each other but must work together to solve a crime case involving a rare brain disease. CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa still star as neuroscientist Shin Ha Ru, who possesses an exceptionally sharp brain, while Cha Tae Hyun will play the too-kind-for-his-own-good detective Geum Myung Se, who has the brain of a pushover.
On December 12, KBS2 revealed new stills of Geum Myung Se in an unpleasant situation where he is lying down on the operating table and his hair is about to get shaved off all at once.
Geum Myung Se, who was lying down stiffly with an anxious look, immediately stands up and stares at someone with a bewildered expression. Although it is a situation where he should get angry, Geum Myung Se gets teary-eyed instead as if he is being mistreated.
The production team remarked, “Cha Tae Hyun is putting his passion and effort into each and every scene for his character Geum Myung Se. I can’t think of Geum Myung Se being portrayed by any other person than Cha Tae Hyun. From his sad look to his bravado, viewers will fall in love with Cha Tae Hyun’s portrayal of Geum Myung Se. Please show lots of interest in Cha Tae Hyun, who will showcase his great acting skills, as well as ‘Brain Cooperation.'”
“Brain Cooperation” will premiere on January 2 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
