Ahn Hyo Seop in “Business Proposal” played Kang Tae-moo, a third-generation CEO of a corporation, demonstrating a new acting shift. He not only produced an unparalleled character by sweetly portraying a character that God made by flexing everything, but he also finished the work with actress Kim Se-Jeong, who played Ha-ri, and concluded it with authentic romance chemistry. He imprinted himself on him as a well-known performer who could be trusted and seen.

Furthermore, he is not only a wonderful character, but he also snipers the hearts of viewers with his charming eyes. From ‘Lovers Of The Red Sky,’ which finished with positive reviews last year, to ‘Business Proposal,’ Hyo-seop Ahn has issued questions and answers to alleviate viewers’ regrets and has recently confirmed Netflix’s new series ‘Into Your Time’ as the next endeavour.

Ahn Hyo Seop Answers Various Questions Regarding His Role As Kang Tae Moo

In a recent interview, Ahn Hyo Seop answered various questions regarding his role as Kang Tae Moo in “Business Proposal.” Here are the questions and answers:

Q What if Kang Tae-moo met the real Jinyoung-seo instead of Hari?
A. As you may be aware, based on Jinyoung-Seo’s and Taemu’s personalities, it must have been a very brief encounter where they quickly agreed and then broke up.

Q. What was the first scene in which Kang Tae-moo, who said that “love is an unrealistic emotion,” felt love?
A. Hari and Taemu were talking on the phone at the playground. Hari, who was drunk, tried to stop the students, and her phone fell, and Taemu rushed out to find Hari. With a single idea of Hari in my mind, I ran hard. ‘I can offer someone this much emotion.” He was the first to know, ‘For someone, I can shake this much.’ Because I wished to hide my sentiments, I gave Hari a notice of dismissal the next day. Taemu was truly terrified of love after seeing him return to Hari while denying the feeling of love for the first time.

Q. How do you feel about successfully finishing the drama?
A. I’m overjoyed and grateful that I was able to complete it safely. It could have been a tense and frustrating scenario for everyone at the time, but we were able to film and finish pleasantly because of the engaging script and all of the friendly and pleasant personnel and actors.

Q. Is there any motive or reason for deciding to take on the role of Kang Tae-moo?
A. When I read the script, I didn’t think about anything except what I was thinking. I was briefly enamoured with it and read it without hesitation. That was plenty of a cause. I wanted to be in these silly circumstances as Kang Tae-moo, and I also wanted to test my comedic abilities. However, because Kang Tae-Moo’s character isn’t as light as it is, I think I found it more appealing.

Q Is there anything you focused on while preparing the character ‘Kang Tae-moo’?
A. My initial reaction when I saw the script was, “It’s unrealistic.” I was having a hard time imagining how I could represent this implausible figure without sounding like something out of a cartoon. Even then, if you only consider the practical side, you may miss out on Kang Tae-Moo’s numerous attractions, which were “excellent in many ways,” Therefore, I operated on the assumption that the character Tae-moo ‘will exist somewhere in the world.’ Kang Tae-moo’s tone of voice was the most concerning. Should I produce a unique tone for Taemu to taste, despite the fact that recognise that this character’s tone may be unnatural? I assumed I’d be able to salvage it. I behaved with the notion that if the spectators progressively became more interested, I would be able to achieve my goal.

Q What part of the character ‘Kang Tae-moo’ drew you closer?
A. Taemu’s most endearing quality, in my opinion, is his boyish looks. On the exterior, he has the appearance of a frigid, sword-wielding city dweller, but on the inside, he is a boy who is stagnating and does not receive the affection he deserves from his parents. Perhaps that’s why I began wanting a flawless life to fill that need. Tae-moo begins to discover his true personality as he encounters Hari, a character he has never seen before. I have juvenile quarrels at times and pure affection at other times. This appears to be the most intriguing and appealing method of acting.

Q. What are the satisfying and disappointing aspects of playing ‘Kang Tae-moo’?
A. You always feel inadequate and regretful, no matter what role you play. Specifically, rather than being unsatisfied with any performance in any scenario, I am sorry at the points in every situation where I think of myself, “I could have done it a little more fun” or “I could have done it like this or that.” I suppose it was even more disheartening to learn that the minor characters were gathered and that the character was eventually completed. What was so fantastic about it that I didn’t regret was that I was able to accomplish everything with the best crew and performers. Thank you very much for filming everything.

Q What did you gain from playing Kang Tae-moo?
A. I’ve developed a lot of self-assurance. I’m not sure if I acquired it from Kang Tae-mu or through working with people in a good field, but it’s possible that both are true. I believe I’ve gained confidence in the story I want to tell. If Taemu and I have anything in common, it’s that he doesn’t give his heart to people very well.
