Actress Park Bo-young does first stint as radio DJ

Actress Park Bo-young was called in as a guest DJ Wednesday and Thursday for "Park So-hyun's Love Game," a two-hour package of soundtracks from movies and dramas plus small talk about young trends, on SBS Power FM.

It was her first stint as a radio host since her debut in 2006 in a youth drama on an education channel. She gained fame when she appeared as a young bride in the 2008 hit film "On Your Wedding Day."

On her first day in radio, Park put her qualities as an actress on full display, giving advice, reading stories sent from listeners and empathizing with them.

Her guests for Thursday included Heo Young-ji, a singer who debuted in 2014 as a member of girl group Kara and stayed with it until 2015 when it broke up, and YongZoo, a K-pop singer. Their subject was "first impressions."

Park starred in "A Werewolf Boy," a 2012 film, and "Oh My Ghost," a 2015 TV series.
