tvN’s upcoming drama “Wedding Impossible” is gearing up for its long-awaited premiere!
“Wedding Impossible” is about unknown actress Na Ah Jung (Jeon Jong Seo) who decides on a fake marriage with her male friend Lee Do Han (Kim Do Wan) in order to become the main character for the first time in her life, and her future brother-in-law Lee Ji Han (Moon Sang Min) who is desperately opposed to his older brother’s marriage.
Ahead of the premiere, the drama shared three intriguing points to anticipate in the heart-fluttering rom-com!
“Wedding Impossible” signals the collaboration between actress Jeon Jong Seo, who has been impressing viewers through films and OTT (over-the-top) programs, and “Under the Queen’s Umbrella” star Moon Sang Min. This will mark both actors’ first television rom-com drama, raising anticipation for their synergy as well as on-screen romance chemistry.
Furthermore, rising stars Kim Do Wan and Bae Yoon Kyung further raise anticipation for their performances, drawing excitement for the heart-fluttering romance in “Wedding Impossible.”
After a long period of working as an unknown actress, Na Ah Jung decides to accept her close friend Lee Do Han’s offer of fake marriage to take on the role of a chaebol daughter-in-law. However, Lee Ji Han is at risk of having his dreams of making his older brother Lee Do Han the successor to their family destroyed due to the marriage. Thus, Lee Ji Han begins to pursue the opposing mission of preventing the marriage by wooing his future sister-in-law’s heart.
Viewers can look forward to finding out who will achieve their mission first between Na Ah Jung, who has to get married, and Lee Ji Han, who wants to stop his brother’s marriage at all costs. The unlikely romance between Na Ah Jung and Lee Ji Han will create a unique romance story that has yet to be told before.
In addition to actress Na Ah Jung, “Wedding Impossible” features various figures who are putting on an act in front of other people. In order to make his older brother the successor to the conglomerate, third-generation chaebol Lee Ji Han hides his identity and works hard at the company as an ordinary employee. Furthermore, Lee Do Han also prepares for fake marriage because he is hiding a secret.
These characters, who are each living their lives while putting on an act, will become intertwined through the fake marriage. In the process, they will face their true selves, creating a relatable romance story along the way.
“Wedding Impossible” will premiere on February 26 at 8:50 p.m. KST and will be available on Dramacool.
