Channel A’s hit drama “Show Window: The Queen’s House” has released its final behind-the-scenes video!
Earlier this week, “Show Window: The Queen’s House” wrapped up its record-breaking run by soaring into double-digit ratings for its series finale, which broke its own record for the highest viewership ratings ever achieved by any drama in Channel A history.
In the newly released behind-the-scenes video, the stars of the hit drama say their goodbyes and thank viewers for all the love the show received during its run. Leading lady Song Yoon Ah remarks, “We started filming in the hot summer, in July. Now it’s already a new year, and I’m saying goodbye to all of you here in a snow-covered field. Thanks to all of you, I think I was able to really enjoy and have so much fun during filming.”
Jun So Min similarly comments, “Since we began filming ‘Show Window,’ it’s already been summer, fall, and now winter. I’ve spent half a year together with all the staff members here. Because I’ve become so attached to everyone, and the viewers also gave us so much love, this was a drama for which I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much for loving and cheering on ‘Show Window: The Queen’s House.'”
Lee Sung Jae jokingly tells viewers, “I did a lot of hateful things in the drama, but since it was a drama, please be understanding. And please don’t hate me too much in real life. Whenever a project comes to an end, it always feels bittersweet. The cast and crew worked really hard, and I’m so grateful that we were able to wrap up well without any accidents. Because we received such a great response, I think I was able to happily enjoy filming.”
2PM’s Chansung muses, “A lot of time has passed since I initially decided to appear in this drama. I still can’t believe that it’s ending. I have so many happy memories from filming that I’m really grateful, and I had so much fun.”
Finally, the video wraps up with the four leads—as well as supporting actors Moon Hee Kyung, Park Sang Hoon, Shin Yi Joon, and Kim Seung Soo—expressing their deep gratitude to viewers and wishing them a happy new year.
