Watch: Lee Kwang Soo And AOA’s Seolhyun Try To Solve A Mysterious Murder Case In “The Killer’s Shopping List” Teaser

tvN has released a new teaser for its upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama “The Killer’s Shopping List”!

Based on a novel by Kang Ji Young, “The Killer’s Shopping List” is a comedy mystery thriller about an ordinary neighborhood on the outskirts of Seoul. When a mysterious body is found in the vicinity of an apartment building, a supermarket receipt becomes a key piece of evidence that kicks off an entertaining hunt for the killer.

Lee Kwang Soo stars as Ahn Dae Sung, the son of a supermarket owner. He was once considered a genius with impressive memorization skills, but his life took a turn for the worse after an incident at his mom’s supermarket when he was 10 years old. Despite his outstanding memory, he failed the civil service exam three years in a row.

AOA’s Seolhyun will star as Do Ah Hee, a passionate police officer and Ahn Dae Sung’s loyal girlfriend who has stuck by him since a young age.

The new teaser shows Ahn Dae Sung and Do Ah Hee investing a mysterious murder case in their own ways. Do Ah Hee professionally delves into the case with her police squad and equipment. On the other hand, Ahn Dae Sung collects pieces of a supermarket receipt and carefully attempts to put them back together. His voiceover claims, “The culprit is in the receipt.”

Towards the end of the clip, Jung Myung Sook (Jin Hee Kyung) silently watches Ahn Dae Sung mull over the shredded receipt before slapping him on the back. Frustrated, she yells, “Goodness, what are you doing? You think you’re the CSI?” Do Ah Hee watches her boyfriend get scolded by his mother and hastily exits the store.

“The Killer’s Shopping List” will premiere on April 27 at 10:30 p.m. KST. In the meantime, check out the teaser below!
