Watch: Ji Hyun Woo Reunites With Im Soo Hyang Who Does Not Recognize Him In “Beauty And Mr. Romantic” Teaser

KBS2’s upcoming romance drama “Beauty and Mr. Romantic” has unveiled a new teaser!

“Beauty and Mr. Romantic” will tell the love story of an actress who hits rock bottom overnight and a producing director (PD) who gets her back on her feet out of love. Im Soo Hyang plays top actress Park Do Ra who overcame many hardships to build her filmography ever since she was young while Ji Hyun Woo takes on the role of PD Go Pil Seung who harbors ambitious dreams of success.

The teaser video previews the unlikely narrative between Park Do Ra and Go Pil Seung from their childhood. A young Park Do Ra (played by Lee Seol Ah) confesses her feelings to Go Dae Choong (played by Moon Sung Hyun), but Dae Choong gently rejects her by saying, “Let’s talk about it again when you turn 20.”

As time passes, Go Dae Choong, who changed his name to Go Pil Seung, starts working at a broadcasting station as a PD. When he encounters Do Ra, who became a top actress, on set, he is taken aback and tries to avoid working with her, saying, “I really don’t like Park Do Ra. I heard that she only cares about money.” Park Do Ra, who has no idea that PD Pil Seung is her childhood crush Dae Choong, simply admits, “I like money a lot.”

“Beauty and Mr. Romantic” is set to premiere on March 23 at 7:55 p.m. KST as the follow up to “Live Your Own Life.”
