With the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics in full swing, Korean broadcasting stations continue to adjust broadcast schedules in order to accommodate for Olympic coverage. Some channels that are not broadcasting the Olympics are also replacing regular programs with special broadcasts while attention is focused on the international event.
Here are some of the changes this week ahead:

Weekday dramas “Love Twist” on KBS2 and “The Second Husband” on MBC both begin their two-week breaks. KBS2’s “Paik Class” and “Moonshine” will not air along with JTBC’s “The One and Only.”
“Love Twist” and “The Second Husband” continue their breaks, while MBC’s “DNA Mate” is also cancelled for the week. KBS2’s “Moonshine” and JTBC’s “The One and Only” will both air two consecutive episodes to make up for the cancellation on the previous day.
KBS2’s “Godfather” and “Love Twist” along with MBC’s “The Second Husband” are not airing. SBS’s “Kick a Goal” will air at 10:30 p.m. KST, one and a half hours later than its regular time slot.
KBS2’s documentary program “Stopping on the Road Once in a While” and MBC’s variety show “Midnight Horror Story” will not air in addition to “Love Twist” and “The Second Husband.”
KBS2’s “Music Bank” begins a two-week break while “Love Twist,” MBC’s “The Second Husband” and “Tracer,” and SBS’s “Through the Darkness” also continue their breaks.
KBS2’s “Immortal Songs,” MBC’s “Music Core,” “How Do You Play?,” “Tracer,” and “The Manager,” and SBS’s “Through the Darkness” are off-air this upcoming Saturday.
KBS2’s “The Return of Superman,” MBC’s “The King of Mask Singer,” “My Teen Girl,” and “Where is My Home,” and SBS’s “Inkigayo,” “Running Man,” “Master in the House,” and “My Little Old Boy” are all cancelled for the week. KBS2’s weekend drama “Young Lady and Gentleman” will also not air on February 13.
