The KingDom’s Arthur will not be attending the filming of MBC’s “2024 Idol Star Athletics Championships – Chuseok Special.”

On August 4, GF Entertainment announced that Arthur had tested positive for COVID-19 after exhibiting symptoms of the virus the previous day. As a result, the idol will be unable to participate in the “Idol Star Athletics Championships” filming scheduled to take place on August 5.

The agency’s full statement is as follows:

We are letting you know that The KingDom member Arthur will not be attending MBC’s “2024 Idol Star Athletics Championships – Chuseok Special” that is scheduled to take place tomorrow.

Last night, Arthur exhibited symptoms of COVID-19, so he used a self-test kit, and he tested positive. After visiting the hospital, he was officially diagnosed [with COVID-19], so he will unavoidably be unable to participate.
