Super Junior's Eunhyuk Makes Donation In Memory Of His Father + Becomes Member Of ChildFund Korea's Major Donor Club

Super Junior’s Eunhyuk has made a generous donation!

On July 28, ChildFund Korea (also known as the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation) revealed that Eunhyuk donated 100 million won (approximately $72,200) to honor his late father’s birthday.

Through this donation, Eunhyuk became the 487th donor to join ChildFund Korea’s Green Noble Club, which is is comprised of individuals who have donated a sum of at least 100 million won to the organization. He was also listed as the 94th Green Legacy Club member under his father’s name.

The donation will be used to help support young carers who have to care for family members suffering from illnesses or disabilities despite their young age.

Eunhyuk relayed his happiness to be able to lend a helping hand in honor of his father’s birthday. ChildFund Korea’s Shin Jung Won remarked, “Eunhyuk’s donation to meaningfully remember and honor his father left us greatly touched.”
